offline zombies mods and how to

i dont know how many people have posted this but i am posting it so if people dont know how to do it heres how
1.go to memory on your dashboard (if your are using a usb)
2.put account on usb (i cant put a download for modio sorry)
3.get on modio and browse your device
4.find your account (just keep clicking the plus till there is know more then click that one)
5.now thats your account...drag that to your desktop
6.drag that to modio
7.click on file contents
8.find the one that ends with 855
9.right click replace file
10.(if it dosent go directly to desktop click desktop) find the gpd youve downloaded (if you dont have one you can get one off ttg or google it)
11.rehash and resign
12.explore device again find your account (refer to step 4) and drag the one you have on desktop into there it will say it already exists but just say yes
13.close out
14.put usb back into xbox sign in (make sure if you have your ethernet plugged in dont update
15.go to zombies
16.click solo
17.and there you go

When I've done everything, I go to my Xbox and delete the patches, and when I start Black Ops it doesn't ask for an update. WHY???
