Yes, and it is EXTREMELY common and happens rather quickly.

NOW THAT I KNOW HOW TO MOD MY GPD HOW DO I USE IT?

You currently cant use your GPD's online multiplayer as far as I know.

How to use your mods zombies solo
1) Turn on your xbox with ethernet cable out/ wireless adapter.
2) Go on black ops go to solo zombies.
3) Now you can sign on xbox live (Sometimes letting you play private matches)
