alright so today ive been modding zombies and i had it working for about an hour then went off . . . i was off for about 2 hours then i decided to come back on , i come back on and try to go on multiplayer and it says " The call of duty black ops server is not avalible at this time , please try again later. so i dashboarded , it said the same , recovered my account it said the same , restared my xbox and still the same , i dont no what to do please help

It means youre banned... A million people have posted the same thing. Shouldn't you have figured it out by now?

It depends... Just wait and try to log on tomorrow and if it gives you a certain time youre banned then no.
