I have two questions.. 1. how do you prestige in combat training? Two how do I get to 15th prestige on live? Please Help.

to prestige in combat training you have to have a friend help you. first you join his game on player match and go to your playercard. next he has to switch lobbies to combat training. now all you have to do is prestige.
