You have to change your privacy settings. Open your guide button, go over to profile and down to privacy. This will take you to the settings on the dashboard. You can set your info like your friends list and bio to 'everyone', 'friends only', or to no one at all.

There is NO way to hide your friends list anymore.

I know how to do it. Go the the Dashbaord>My Xbox>Go to your profile, press A> Go to the "Online Safety" Tab,> Change Settings> Up to Customize> and Go down to friends list. From there, you can select "Everyone","Friends Only" or "Blocked" Hope I helped, wheres my 48 hour code? Haha.
