you get rep by helping people

and if you want to give people rep click the scales in the bottom right corner of there post but you dont have any rep atm.

okay my friend

for every 25 posts it will earn you 1 reputation power, (the number next to the green thing )

for every 100 reputation points you will receive another reputation power, these can be earned by helping the community, having a go at making avatars for people, hosting lobbies or whatever you see fit as helping out
