My main account GhilliesGetHead got banned from the call of Duty server. I made a second account with a 48 hr trial and played for a day. When I got up this morning I had the same error connecting with servers. Whats up with that? Am I console banned from Black Ops?

Got banned for playing Combat Training to much. Some kid reported me because I wouldn't join his clan and would fight him and quick scoping. So he said I was prestige glitching and got banned.

They only ban you from BO server on that account.

You may be console banned from black ops, and yes there is console bans from black ops. There was a tutorial on how to unban yourself from black ops if you are console banned from it, this tutorial does not apply to account bans only.
