You need to reset your system cache

Xbox button > System Settings > Memory > Click Y > Clear System Cache

i need help i put the gpd in my account rehashed and resigned then i put the modded acc in my usb and put it into my xbox with just the xp mod and it didnt work i went to split screen pushed start and back didnt work!!! help???????/
