this is the only post that is correct, i have specifically seen admins say this. u can have multiple accounts as long as u r not evading a ban, i.e making a new account coz u broke the rules and got banned

That seems like the right idea I mean if you accidentally messed up your name or something you go and fix it by making another account what is so bad?
