on the second video if u click on 00:13 you see an eye.... maybe that could be a hint???

However i do remember seeing a picture of the eye in Kino De Toten when i found those pieces of film. Don't quite know what it could possibly mean.

At the end of your post E. Could stand for Edward as in Edward Richtofen,
And i think that the lyrics saying Eddie is a liar refer to Richtofen not telling the entire truth about his experiments

Hmm it does! It would make sense because the team probably doesn't know about his doings and he is covering them up so disguise would make sense. I will put that on the post. Thanks!
