u have to turn on the power,activate all the defcons,and then go through the teleporter in the middle of the war room

go to lab turn on power then go to middle floor and you should see these switchs on the wall,turn all 5 on then go threw the teleporter

when u start u go down a floor to the middle and u will see buttons on the walls and then go down another floor to the labs and turn the power on then go back up a floor to the middle 1 and then push all the buttons you saw and then walk through the teleport in the middle it should have a picture of the pack a punch machiene in it
