You cant, the only ways is to have the owner of the credit card call xbl support and have them take it off. If you do so your account will turn into a silver account even if the membership you bought with the card is still good. They will try and say call back when your membership expires to have them take it off, BUT THEY WILL STILL CAHRGE FOR THE NEXT MONTH.
I know its stupid but remember THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING LIKE THEY CANT OR WHATEVER BUT ITS JUST TO GET U TO KEEP PAYING, YES YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL TURN TO FREE MEMBERSHIP BUT ITS THE ONLY WAY.
