Why do the majority of you base people tutorials, videos, hacks, mods, cheats being legit based on their amount of rep or how many post they have? I am just saying that has nothing to do with them being legit or not.

You have to be verified, people with higher post counts and Rep are more legit as they have spent more time on TTG and are known.

As Uzi said Higher post count mean's more likely to bee legit. But rememeber ********* Weren't so people can turn the back's on you but watch out
