Think about it,I'm sure there thousands of people are banned so if they set up some kind of charge system through their site or in game they could make a lot of money. Charge $10-$15 and your account is unbanned and put on probation for 30 days,in this time if you are caught doing anything against T.O.S then your account is permabanned no questions asked;however ,if you make it through the 30 day probation period your "account slate" is wiped clean and it's like you were never banned before. I know all the little kiddies with mommies credit card would pump tons of money into this. If 3arch wanted to take it to the next step they could also sell "strikes" for $5-10 each,what these would do is say you were GPD modding and you were caught but you had 4 or so strikes on your account,instead of being banned one strike would be deducted and you would avoid a ban.
