You'll need Xero for this.

1.Run it
2.Click on "Black Ops GPD Editor"
3.Click on "Open" and find the gpd for the GPD for the 15th. Which can be find here
4.If you opened up the right one, you should get something like this

5. Ignore the first 2 columns, we going to use the 3rd one.
6. Scroll down all the way to the bottom on the 3rd column.

Say you want to be 3rd Prestige instead with 200,000 COD Points.

Notice the "plevel" that in there and the "15" to it. Simply just change the "15" in there to "3" for 3rd Prestige, etc.
And for the COD Points, in the 2nd line there's "codpoints" and "1000000" next to it. Change that to 200,000 and etc. You can also change the rank level too if you want. "rank" on the first line, just change the number next to it to whatever rank you want.
