Seems like many users have commented saying patched. For my understanding, I'm guessing it has also considering I myself havent tested it. If your going to delete it you can. I'm going to leave up the code for codders.

What It Does:
15th Prestige lvl 50
17d Time Played
2,700 Wins
1,500 losses
34,000 Kills
15,000 Deaths
750,000 CoD Points (Not 99)
Colored Classes 1-5

Tutorial
1. Extract your profile from your HDD
2. Open your profile in modio
3. Click "File Contents"
4. Right click and hit "Inject File Into Current Folder"
5. Select 41560855.gpd that you downloaded and hit Yes
6. Rehash/Resign and put back on HDD.
7. Start up black ops and click Xbox Live --> Player Match and... BOOM
your 15th prestige with all legit stats.
8. Join one of your friends games and play a match so the stats stick then sign out and rename the CLEAN.gpd to 41560855.gpd and repeat steps 1-6 and your all done.

why should i trust you though you only have four posts?
and if it does work someone needs to test this and put up some proof
and you should have a virus scan because they are free and it makes you three billion times more suspicious.

You cannot inject viruses into a GPD.
