no.. because this isn't a glitch.. auto aim is that when your crosshairs are over a guy, they automatically stay on them.. as long as u keep aimed in.. so then your not really aiming.. -Rep..

You turn on auto-center not auto aim

options on multi player on mw2 it only says

stick layout
button layout
sensitvity
look inversion
vibration
horizontal margin
vertical margin
game voloume
brightness
