did bad flash and that gave it rrod and whenever i try to boot up in exel with the eject button nothing happens execpt rrod

check tutorials here or on youtube, there many ways to remove RROD on the jtag, or you can send it to repair for lik 20$

You need to get it reflashed with your original nand with fb build
