Ok so i was looking at a video on youtube about a xenon board and nand flashing and all that stuff because i am thinking about jtagging my xbox and then in the comments i see that xboxlivesupport posted something.. This is what their comment was-

My question is is it possible for them to ban an ip address and if so would they do it because if it is im probably not going to jtag my xbox.

Yeh I highly doubt that is real and IP addresses fail you can change them so easily.
