Ok nice thread.. But if yall said its because IP ban, then why anyone can play with a new account?
I have 2 accounts banned from servers and 8 not banned, with the 2 banned from servers i cant play but with the other 8 i can,,

profile "BANS" are made through your profile id you could recover your account on 20 different xboxs and still be banned now changing your ip cannot be done through a command window (this will just change your computers ip) you have to call you ISP and they will just say no.

that means ur gt has been banned and not ur ip

Guys some windows allow you to change IP at anytime so, Like I said may only work for some!

Nah Most people arent ip banned , If it says server unavailable it dosent mean ur ip banned just get a new account and hop back online
