I've looked up and down here, and I can't find very clear information about the risks to .gpd modding.
I'm only looking to mod offline Zombies and Campaign.
So, can I be banned for modding offline? And, if so, what would the ban be? I don't really care about being banned from Black Ops, but I'd hate a complete Xbox Live ban.
Sorry if this has been posted millions of times, and I'd love to update this for reference for other people.

Any type of modding can get you banned from xbl.
its in the user agreement when you sign up to XBL.

Damn, I was afraid of that. I've seen a few people say modding offline isn't catchable, but oh well.

if you mod offline and put in a clean GPD before you go online then no you cant get banned but you must clear catche and delete the TU3 update first
