I know about clearing the cache and deleting the title update. I have been .gpd modding on dummy accounts, but I'd love to get some achievements really easily with mods, so I want to use it on my main account.

I won't miss playing Black Ops, so I don't fear any ban from that. But I don't want a ban from Xbox Live permentantly.

Pretty confusing message i'm getting, but there's a risk no matter what. Alright.

No you can get banned because they trace your ip address and they ban your other account with live __________ It happend to me

I assume you mean Microsoft tracked your IP offline? I can't see how Treyarch would be able to do that.
