2. update with the NORMAL version of gta iv episodes of liberty city
3. put the moded iso in and have fun

Yes you need a retail copy of EFLC not anything downloaded from the marketplace. You also need an example like these two below to burn the mods onto.

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] - higher quality, works on every burner, more expensive

Okay, Well I Burned the mod to the dual layer disc just like the mods in the past, and when I go to Install it to my HD by Hotswapping It gets to 50 percent then stops! Please help! I have made 4-5 more copies and they all do the same!
