the simplist way to get an open NAT type is to go to dashboard

scroll along to sytem setting

network connections

test network connections

*this will sign you out*

if successful then just load up black ops and it should be fixed if not then use the google bar to find a detailed TUT on router box stuff

+REP if i elped

Try port triggering.

Open your router, find port triggering.

in the boxes there. type this.

SP= Start Port EP= End port TR= Triggered Range FR= Forwarded Range

(Click enable on all the ones you do. also disable all your port forwarding!)

TR FR
SP-87 EP-89 EP 88 for both.
SP-52 EP-54 EP 53 for both.
SP-3073 EP-3075 EP 3074 for both.
SP-79 EP-81 EP 80 for both.

This worked for me. Also make sure UPnP is Enabled on your router, and make sure you save changes when your finished then give your router a reset, and there you go!

Hope This Helped!!
