Not bad for a first. Remove the theater options. Maybe some more editing and different kind of kills

u need to have more kills in it and add effects then it might look abit better

Hmmm, well for one you could add music. Also like the others said you might want to add some effects. You can also remove the theater mode option bar, I think it's clicking on the left stick (Not sure though). And there is a bunch of dead space in your montage, where there is a bunch of nothing happening.

Stringing clips like these together makes it looks like clips from a normal gameplay.. you need speed and a bit of editing
