Yesterday, my brother did the 10th prestiege glitch. He then changed his gamertag, and went offline. He came on this morning, and it still says the gamertag is M16 Jack, but it isn't and that he needs to recover the profile again - but he has forgotten the email/password.
What can be done to get it back?
Thanks
$10 for an answer that works - and that is a quick method.

Are you sure he didn't give his details to anybody? You gotta call microsoft and quick if you wanna get that account back (if someone has actually stolen it).

But.. he hasn't used the right date of birth, because of restrictions for under 18s. Will this matter?

Shouldn't matter. As long as you say your that same age on the phone how will they know how old you are. There not exactly going to come to your house to check.
