LOL wow are you serious? Hardened doesn't improve bullet damage ... You can only shoot through walls and pro, the bullets are stronger to aircraft ... not people!

The game does not need stopping power. All it takes is tweaking in the guns damage so no one has an advantage on gun damage while using stopping power and besides without it gives more variety in perks that we can use. 9/10 People on the recent Cod's used stopping power because guns just sucked without it.

They gimped that on purpose so that its harder to kill somone just use hardened!

I actually like not having stopping power i never used it except on snipers in the first place.
