Yes, it will just like alot of the other dlc, but will it work idk wait till it comes out to see.
I got all the WAW zombies maps free and can play them online, most likely you will be able to with this map pack.

Yes, License Transfer with a trusted friend. Get all the DLC they have and play with them online
