Stopping power is a game ruiner, it wastes the whole point of the 2nd perks because everyone would only use stopping power. Also you have no proof that the better connection always wins a shootout, just because you die even tho you started shooting at them before they shot at you doesn't mean that their connection helped them win. I'm glad they got rid of stopping power.

I kind of see this too. I mean I just LOVE it when it takes me 8-10 bullets to kill someone when they shoot 2 bullets into me and I die... when we are using the same exact gun.

If they did put stoppong power in they would have to put juggernaut in also to balance the game fairly.
