hey for prestigeing in Combat Training, You could

1.) Have some one invite you to theater
2.) Go To Your playercard, then edit playercard
3.) Now hit B and hover over save and exit
4.) Have your friend switch to combat training
5.) Then hit Do not save, Then prestige SHOULD be available.

Again i am not too sure if that will work but some one please try it out for me
