This looks like Mrclips menu tbh!

And the .cfg files are binded to the .XeX which you need. All you do is copy the .XeX and all the .cfg files into your JTAG black ops!

EDIT: you will need the TU as well it think which goes into HDD1:\Content

For people that don't know what this is for here is a little TuT:

- Its for JTAG only
- You need to copy all the .cfg files into your Black ops folder on your JTAG
- You need the Title Updates on your HDD1:\content
- Yout need the .XeX with these files binded to it!
- ONCE DONE, boot you your .XeX choose map, start same and press back (not B button, Back button)
