Make sure to not use wx360, if your language isn't English you will get black screen, try clearing cache again before playing.

how to play without ban:
1. clear your system cache
2. update with the NORMAL version of gta iv episodes of liberty city
3. put the moded iso in and have fun

You won't get banned if you do not clear it has nothing to do with being banned. If you don't clear it the map mods will simply not show up so please stop mis-informing people.
