I have been searching for 'Free 15th Prestige Lobbies" for the past 2 days

They're either people pranking/scamming their mates, they think it is funny!

They're scamming for money/ Microsoft points etc.

Or they invite you to a game and it is a private match fileshare modded lobby!

There are not many 15th Lobbies at the moment!
