Mines been laggy ever since I bought it. Yet on the PCS at school they have no graphics cards and no RAM, 156MB space and it still runs unlagged?
Stupid.

Open Task Manager
Find Minecraft in processes
Right click
Change priority level to Real time
Click ok
And that should work
