Activision Confirms "First Strike" DLC For Black Ops

Yesterday we saw the announcement of Call of Duty: Black Ops' first DLC; First Strike during Major Nelson's podcast. A day later -- which is today... did I even need to tell you that?-- Activision has gone ahead and confirmed its existence through a press release. Apart from stating the obvious (you know, that First Strike is for real) the press release states that there will be four new multiplayer maps, and one new Zombie map. It's also been confirmed that the DLC will be appearing on Xbox Live first, with PSN and Steam's release dates unknown. but the DLC will be on the xbox before the PS3 as seen with modern warfare 2
