If you're planning on buying a controller or looking for a cheap mod I would recommend the one I linked. It has 3 speeds; x5, x12, x20. You can turbo anybutton except for; back, start, and the guide button. It's worth it, I got mine a while ago and it's amazing, cheap too.

The TTG controllers are way expensive.
You can get stealth mod chips just as good as them that come with 5 modes and 1 programmable mode for 30$.
