Hey TTG im having problems with my xbox every time i turn it on it makes a loud hissing noise and the disc tray wont open, any tips

Try opening the dvd drive with a paper clip, it works.

is there a disc in there? it could be the tray disconnected or the reader? or u culd have a case of RROD. cause loud hissing isnt good

Open your xbox and open your disc tray.Then amke sure everythings secure.If everythings all good then its probably the fans or maybe the magnet in the disc tray rubbing against the plastic?

i can turn on my xbox and stuff but the power brick is making a weird noise

unplug everything connected to the main and check the connections making sure it's firmly in. then replug everything.

ive done that twice and wiped all the dust off with a dry cloth
,still making the hissing noise..UGGGH
