I'd like to mod too, because I love COD a lot and I really don't play many other games. I could care less about getting an unfair advantage over other player (I do like having all guns and attachments) but would love to show my creative side. Even Halo has some options you can turn on in a private match like unlimited ammo and high jump.

you do know treyark has members on the site they watch us they know our shit they own jtags how you think shit gets patched so fast

I don't think you get it. They let PC players mod because PC has dedicated servers, as in the players own and control what is going on in their lobby(server). You choose to join that lobby, most don't even allow hacks and I'm sure treyarch doesn't allow boosters etc... On xbox you get randomly matched on treyarch or xbox's servers, console gamers have no say in what game they are joining, while PC players do.
