A post has to be 20 characters long. Since people are too lazy to actually make their posts 20 characters long, they just type "20202020".

You must have 20 characters in your post. Whether it is smilies, letters, etc.

People who's post doesn't reach the minimum of 20 characters.. they put "202020" to reach the 20 characters.

There is a limit where you need to post 20 Characters (Letters/Numbers/.) In a reply that way you don't spam by making one word or two word posts like "lol" or "nice topic" so if people's posts are not long enough they put like 2020202020202020 To make it long enough to submit
But it's considered spam if you do it so basically
If you Dont have 20 Letters to say about something it's probably not worth posting or it could be seen as spam

In your post you have to put 20 characters

If they do not reach that requirement they put "20202020202"

Because people don't make good enough post so there under 20 characters so they put 202020202020 at the bottom to make it 20 characters.
