Try going to the computer in the main menu and tye in "3arc unlock"

The only thing i can say is (If you haven't already)
1.Install your disc to your hard drive (Which you should always do).
2.Dashboard/Reboot your xBox.
3.Clean your disc.
4.If you were playing for a while, Let your xBox cool down.
5.Check for scratches.
6.Try playing another game then go back to "Five".
7.If this is your first time playing and you havent put in the "code" in the "terminal" or Beat the game. You might want to try one of those things
