hi, i am fairly new to modding. i would just like to know what a DVAR is and how i can access it. thanks. also, is the 15th hack in black ops, still available [ the one in tdm].

what i am trying to figure out, is the post ttg sean put on how to get 15th with a transfer cable. [you can find it on the 15th top downloads] but at the bottom it said something about a modded dvar. i just didn't know how to access it. or how to change it.
