this happened to a bomb on skidrow once. when it blew up the bomb was still on fire

I've seen this before. The gun is glowing due to a launcher. Sometimes upon death while holding a launcher (you MIGHT need to be shooting it as well), you will drop the launcher while it is going through its animation. It makes it look glowing and the fuel is being propelled out of it.

It happens to bombs blowing up and the AC130 too.

Man lol tactical insertions do a lot of weird things on guns.
