while deleting a cydia source from my jailbroken iphone, one of the stupid errors that occured said "unable to ....Thetechgame.com" went by to fast to read but does anybody know why ttg came up?

also my iphone 3gs is stuck in safe mode, anybody know of a way to get rid of it without a restore? i tryed all 5 of the help things of the website and even deleted mobile substrate. i know its because i installed wifi but i cant deltet can anyone help?
