Only way to get stikied is if your hosting a legit lobby not giving stuff ...

They dont sticky anymore as per this post on the top of the forum.

This is upsetting because I'm trying to host a 1 night free deal before I start charging.

I just got my jtag and now I cant even promote it.

No they said they are not stickying anymore because they dont want to be responsible for the lobby after the original verification in case the seller starts scamming people.
