Please note: This should only be used as a last resort, if you don't the email or password to your Xbox account.
You need:
Modio
The corrupted profile you want to fix
First, go on your Xbox and create a offline profile. (Guide button -> Create Profile)
Image
Next, transfer that offline profile to your desktop with Modio.
Image
Now open your corrupted profile in Modio, click on the "File Contents" tab, right-click on the "Account" file and select "Extract File"
Image
Then open the offline profile in Modio, right-click the Account file, select "Replace File" and browse for the Account file you just extracted.
Image
Next rehash/resign and transfer back over to your USB/HDD/MU. Make sure you replace the offline profile you created.
Image
Finally sign in and your account should be working.
Please Thank topic and +REP
Sticky?
