hey guys,

title says it all, over the last few weeks i have done some amazing shots, i want to capture them and put them on here and youtube, but i don't know where start some ppl say that i need a dazzle card and editing software but i no what to buy or what to do, money is no object, so if some one could supply costs and names of software and hardware i need, i will REP+, i ain't got alot of REP but who ever points me in the right direction can have what i got, thank you in advance.

I use a dazzle capture card. If you buy the correct one the software and hardware is incluced. You will have to buy 3 y adaptures also, for the video, and both audio. Very easy to coonect and use, decent quality not the best though. Should be able to buy around $90 at best buy, ebay.

buy dazzle or hauppage pvr-dont go with a blitzbox as i did and had no end of problems with the video editing that came with it.i have just been kicked off their forums for telling them what a load of shit it is.made another e-mail account and logged on again just to give them another round of ****,so go with dazzle my friend,or hauppage pvr

If money is not a problem then a Hauppage HD PVR is the way to go. For editing it depends what you want to edit.

If it is commentaries and simple videos then you need Sony Vegas.

If you want to do some serious editing with montages and nice effects then you need Sony Vegas and Adobe After Effects.

You could also try the EzCap.
It comes with software and is rather cheap. Just be careful that you get the model DC60+. Make sure there's a plus on it. And also, don't get any of them called the EasyCap. These are pretty much copies of the EzCap.
If you have plenty of money, you should go for something else. Like HD PVR, as said above. They're the very best you can get. The Lamborghini of capture cards

i recently bought a dazzle dvc 100.
i bought mine off of amazon.
so if you want more info on the one that i got go to amazon and type in dazzle dvc 100 and there should be a white one for 30$ thats an amazing price. my tv had a video out port so i didnt need any extra cables.

Isnt to get a nice HD video you have to spend at least 100-150$? Thats what stopped me :/ to expensive
