First of all, PLEASE do not go around sending this to all your friends and stuff. I want this to be usable for the most amount of time...

Step 1:

Start Black Ops Multiplayer.

Step 2:

Go into a Combat Training Lobby.
Edit the settings to where VAC is disabled. (Valve Anti-Cheat)

Step 3:

Start the game and as soon as you get in there, open up console (~)
Enter in this: /scr_tdm_score_kill (enter amount of XP you want for each kill)

Step 4:

Get a kill and you will get how much xp you entered
NOTE: I would suggest putting in /scr_tdm_scorelimit 999999999
So you can get a lot of kills if you modify the XP.

Step 5:

You can also modify the speed and other things.
ex: /g_speed (enter speed here)
