Yes, Your able to Quick Scope just It's not really A Quick Scope.
More of a Battle Field Bad Company usage of Snipers.
Very wavy when you scope in, Not in direct cross hair fire.
If they would have went back into time mad the Snipers like COD: 4 this game would have been great.

Oh, Trust me they already have.
When I went to the Black Ops forums & Ask why I was suspended they gave me a URL from TTG.
& That was the reason I was banned.

I'm not really into the Modding part of the game.
The fact that they we're trying to make the game "Realistic" & They epically failed was sad.
My point they can't Quick Scope..
The fact that they Fix the Quick Scoping but, Can't Fix knifing, Noob tubes, last stand, or any other problems with the game was just bad.

Trey Arch just proved them-selfs that they were not trying to make this game realistic, They we're trying to get the Quick Scoping & Hacking out.

They should really look into not making games anymore
