Perks/Pro Perks:

Lightweight | Lightweight Pro
Ability: Allows you to move faster, but how fast depends on the equipped weapons mobility. This should be used with a "run and gun" class due to the added speed.
Pro Ability: No falling damage.
Challenges to get Lightweight Pro:
Earn 15 Melee Kills
Escape Death 5 Times After Being Hurt
Get 10 Offense Medals By Killing Enemies Near Their Objective
Scavenger | Scavenger Pro
Ability: Replenishes your ammunition and lethal grenades when you walk over blue scavenger bags that are dropped by dead players. This won't resupply launchers or equipment. Scavenger is very useful with weapons that run out of ammo quickly.
Pro Ability: Doubles your starting ammo with extra magazines. This also replenishes your tactical grenades.
Challenges to get Scavenger Pro:
Resupply 150 times while using Scavenger.
Get 5 Lethal Grenade kills with a resupplied grenade.
Get 5 kills without dying 5 times.
Ghost | Ghost Pro
Ability: Ghost works pretty much like Cold Blooded from Modern Warfare 2. You are undetectable by the Spy Plane killstreak when you have this equipped. You show up on the radar if you fire a weapon that doesn't have a silencer.
Pro Ability: Undetectable by aircraft, infrared and sentries. Enemies won't see your name or a red crosshair when targeting you.
Challenges to get Ghost Pro:
Kill 20 enemies while they have a Spy Plane or Blackbird active.
Destroy 30 aircraft with any non-killstreak launcher.
Destroy 1 Sentry Gun.
Flak Jacket | Flak Jacket Pro
Ability: Flak Jacket greatly reduces explosive damage and allows you to survive any indirect explosive attack. Explosive crossbow bolts are lethal if they get stuck on you and explode.
Pro Ability: Deflects fire damage and allows you to reset the fuse of a thrown grenade when you pick it up.
Challenges to get Flak Jacket Pro:
Survive 10 Explosioins while using Flak Jacket
Plant or defuse 10 bombs in Demolition, Sabotage, or Search & Destroy.
Throw back 5 enemy Frag Grenades.
Hardline | Hardline Pro
Ability: Reduces the amount of kills required for any killstreak by one. For example, the Care Package normally requires 5 kills, but if you have Hardline equipped you only need 4 kills.
Pro Ability: Allows you to randomly choose another reward from a Care Package. When you open a Care Package, you can either take the reward or try again for something better.
For example, when selecting a Care Package and you get the Spy Plane killstreak reward, you get the following option: "Hold X for Spy Plane OR Double Tap to Try Again" (Xbox 360)
Challenges to get Hardline Pro:
Share 10 Killstreak Reward crates with teammates
Earn 7 Killstreaks in one match while using hardline.
Get 7 kills without dying in one match.
Hardened | Hardened Pro
Ability: Increases your weapons bullet penetration, but it doesn't increase bullet damage. This is pretty much like Deep Impact from Call of Duty 4 and FMJ weapon attachment from Modern Warfare 2.
Pro Ability: Your weapons do extra damage to aircraft and turrets. This also reduces flinch when you are shot by someone.
Challenges to get Hardened Pro:
Get 10 kills using Hardened and shooting through walls.
Shoot 200 Bullets into enemy aircraft.
Destroy 1 piece of enemy equipment through a wall.
Scout | Scout Pro
Ability: Enables you to hold your breath longer when steadying a weapons scope. Scout offers a significant advantage to sniper class weapons.
Pro Ability: Allows you to switch your weapon faster.
Challenges to get Scout Pro:
Get 50 kills with secondary weapons.
Get 50 One Shot, One Kill Medals
Get 30 Headshot kills.
Steady Aim | Steady Aim Pro
Ability: Steady Aim increases a weapons hip fire accuracy and also reduces shotgun spread. This should be used with the Dual Wield attachment, since Dual Wield significantly reduces a weapons hip fire accuracy.
Pro Ability: When equipped, this enables you to aim faster after sprinting and recover faster from a knife lunge.
Challenges to get Steady Aim Pro:
Melee two enemies consecutively within 5 seconds.
Get 100 Kills after Sprinting.
Get 150 Hip fire kills using Steady Aim.
Sleight of Hand | Sleight of Hand Pro
Ability: Gives a faster reload time by reducing your weapons reload time in half. This is extremely useful with weapons that have long reload times, like shotguns and light machine guns.
Pro Ability: Allows you to aim down the sight ~50% faster than normal. This doesn't work with weapons that have scopes.
Challenges to get Sleight of Hand Pro:
Get 150 kills while aiming down sights.
Kill an enemy within 5 seconds of reloading 30 times.
Reload and finish off the enemy you wounded 10 times.
Warlord | Warlord Pro
Ability: This is the equivalent of Bling from Modern Warfare 2. Warlord allows you to put 2 attachments to your primary weapon. Stealth classes should use this since they can equip a silencer to remaining undetected and still reap the benefits of having a second attachment.
Pro Ability: You start with one extra lethal and tactical grenade, except smoke (WILLY PETE).
Challenges for Warlord Pro
Get 150 Kills using a gun with two attachments.
Get 10 Frag or Semtex kills.
Get 1 multi-kill with Frag or Semtex.
Tactical Mask
Ability: Protects you against NOVA GAS.
Pro Ability: Tactical Mask Pro reduces the effects of flashbangs and concussion grenades, it also reveals the position of a flashed or stunned enemy.
Challenges to get Tactical Mask Pro:
Kill 20 Enemies that are blinded by your Flashbang.
Kill 20 Enemies that are stunned by your Concussion Grenade.
Kill 20 Enemies poisoned by your Nova Gas.
Marathon | Marathon Pro
Ability: This extends your sprint time, but it doesn't increase your speed.
Pro Ability: Gives you unlimited sprint.
Challenges to get Marathon Pro:
Sprint 26 miles using Marathon.
Get the First Blood Medal 10 times.
In Capture the Flag, get the Flag Capture Medal 15 times while using Marathon
Ninja | Ninja Pro
Ability: Ninja allows you to walk, sprint and jump almost silently, therefore you can sneak behind enemies more easily. This is the equivalent of Dead Silence from Call of Duty WaW.
Pro Ability: When you have this equipped enemies will be louder, it also makes you completely silent.
Challenges for Ninja Pro:
Get 150 kills with a Suppressor Attachment.
Get 5 Backstabber Medals.
Plant the bomb 10 times in Demolition, Sabotage, or Search & Destroy.
Second Chance | Second Chance Pro
Ability: Gives you the ability to survive a normal death by dropping you to the ground. You can use your pistol to defend yourself from enemies. Second Chance ends after 10 seconds or if you take a single hit from the enemy, and in both cases, you will die.
Pro Ability: If you have Second Chance Pro equipped you can survive a little longer than normal. Teammates can also revive you - even players that don't have Second Chance. You can see a white REVIVE tag above a player that can be revived.
Challenges for Second Chance Pro:
Get 10 kills while in second Chance.
While in Second Chance, kill the enemy who downed you 5 times.
Get 1 headshot kill while in Second Chance.
Hacker | Hacker Pro
Ability: Allows you to see enemy explosives, equipment and Tactical Insertions. This highlights them with a red color like SitRep from Modern Warfare 2.
Pro Ability: This is one of the most interesting additions to the whole Black Ops perks list. Hacker Pro actually allows you to sabotage enemy Care Packages and also turn enemy equipment friendly. This also makes you invisible to Motion Sensors.
Challenges to get Hacker Pro:
Destroy 10 equipment or explosives while using Hacker.
Kill 25 enemies with a Claymore or a C4.
Kill 25 enemies within the radius of your Jammer or Motion Sensor.

- Now when you got killed you would have dropped the Crossbow (Golden)

6. The host will then reapidly run around in a circle motion , Making sure you are still hitting the corner.

9. Your friend needs to keep driving back and forward while hitting you as you are hitting the corner.

This is a tutorial on how to use the new fast file (.FF) decrypter.
This program was built by CP Monkey and all credit should go to him. Fast crypt Tool is the new way to decrypt and encrypt Black ops .FF files. It is also the first way to Encrypt them so that we can modify Black ops just like we did in Modern Warfare 2 in other words, History repeats itself.

Step-One
First open the Fast crypt tool program. Click File then click import and search for your TU3, Patch_mp. Now open the patch and it will ask you to name a new zone file, name it "Patch_mp". It'll ask you, do you want to open it now, Click no. Close the program.
Step-Two
In the Config folder that comes with the Fast Crypt tool there should be a file called "Patch_mp.ini", double click it. Clear all text in the file and replace the text with this.

Scavenger | Scavenger Pro
Ability: Replenishes your ammunition and lethal grenades when you walk over blue scavenger bags that are dropped by dead players. This won't resupply launchers or equipment. Scavenger is very useful with weapons that run out of ammo quickly.
Pro Ability: Doubles your starting ammo with extra magazines. This also replenishes your tactical grenades.
Challenges to get Scavenger Pro:
Resupply 150 times while using Scavenger.
Get 5 Lethal Grenade kills with a resupplied grenade.
Get 5 kills without dying 5 times.
Ghost | Ghost Pro
Ability: Ghost works pretty much like Cold Blooded from Modern Warfare 2. You are undetectable by the Spy Plane killstreak when you have this equipped. You show up on the radar if you fire a weapon that doesn't have a silencer.
Pro Ability: Undetectable by aircraft, infrared and sentries. Enemies won't see your name or a red crosshair when targeting you.
Challenges to get Ghost Pro:
Kill 20 enemies while they have a Spy Plane or Blackbird active.
Destroy 30 aircraft with any non-killstreak launcher.
Destroy 1 Sentry Gun.
Flak Jacket | Flak Jacket Pro
Ability: Flak Jacket greatly reduces explosive damage and allows you to survive any indirect explosive attack. Explosive crossbow bolts are lethal if they get stuck on you and explode.
Pro Ability: Deflects fire damage and allows you to reset the fuse of a thrown grenade when you pick it up.
Challenges to get Flak Jacket Pro:
Survive 10 Explosioins while using Flak Jacket
Plant or defuse 10 bombs in Demolition, Sabotage, or Search & Destroy.
Throw back 5 enemy Frag Grenades.
Hardline | Hardline Pro
Ability: Reduces the amount of kills required for any killstreak by one. For example, the Care Package normally requires 5 kills, but if you have Hardline equipped you only need 4 kills.
Pro Ability: Allows you to randomly choose another reward from a Care Package. When you open a Care Package, you can either take the reward or try again for something better.
For example, when selecting a Care Package and you get the Spy Plane killstreak reward, you get the following option: "Hold X for Spy Plane OR Double Tap to Try Again" (Xbox 360)
Challenges to get Hardline Pro:
Share 10 Killstreak Reward crates with teammates
Earn 7 Killstreaks in one match while using hardline.
Get 7 kills without dying in one match.
Hardened | Hardened Pro
Ability: Increases your weapons bullet penetration, but it doesn't increase bullet damage. This is pretty much like Deep Impact from Call of Duty 4 and FMJ weapon attachment from Modern Warfare 2.
Pro Ability: Your weapons do extra damage to aircraft and turrets. This also reduces flinch when you are shot by someone.
Challenges to get Hardened Pro:
Get 10 kills using Hardened and shooting through walls.
Shoot 200 Bullets into enemy aircraft.
Destroy 1 piece of enemy equipment through a wall.
Scout | Scout Pro
Ability: Enables you to hold your breath longer when steadying a weapons scope. Scout offers a significant advantage to sniper class weapons.
Pro Ability: Allows you to switch your weapon faster.
Challenges to get Scout Pro:
Get 50 kills with secondary weapons.
Get 50 One Shot, One Kill Medals
Get 30 Headshot kills.
Steady Aim | Steady Aim Pro
Ability: Steady Aim increases a weapons hip fire accuracy and also reduces shotgun spread. This should be used with the Dual Wield attachment, since Dual Wield significantly reduces a weapons hip fire accuracy.
Pro Ability: When equipped, this enables you to aim faster after sprinting and recover faster from a knife lunge.
Challenges to get Steady Aim Pro:
Melee two enemies consecutively within 5 seconds.
Get 100 Kills after Sprinting.
Get 150 Hip fire kills using Steady Aim.
Sleight of Hand | Sleight of Hand Pro
Ability: Gives a faster reload time by reducing your weapons reload time in half. This is extremely useful with weapons that have long reload times, like shotguns and light machine guns.
Pro Ability: Allows you to aim down the sight ~50% faster than normal. This doesn't work with weapons that have scopes.
Challenges to get Sleight of Hand Pro:
Get 150 kills while aiming down sights.
Kill an enemy within 5 seconds of reloading 30 times.
Reload and finish off the enemy you wounded 10 times.
Warlord | Warlord Pro
Ability: This is the equivalent of Bling from Modern Warfare 2. Warlord allows you to put 2 attachments to your primary weapon. Stealth classes should use this since they can equip a silencer to remaining undetected and still reap the benefits of having a second attachment.
Pro Ability: You start with one extra lethal and tactical grenade, except smoke (WILLY PETE).
Challenges for Warlord Pro
Get 150 Kills using a gun with two attachments.

Pro Ability: When you have this equipped enemies will be louder, it also makes you completely silent.
Challenges for Ninja Pro:
Get 150 kills with a Suppressor Attachment.
Get 5 Backstabber Medals.
Plant the bomb 10 times in Demolition, Sabotage, or Search & Destroy.
Second Chance | Second Chance Pro
Ability: Gives you the ability to survive a normal death by dropping you to the ground. You can use your pistol to defend yourself from enemies. Second Chance ends after 10 seconds or if you take a single hit from the enemy, and in both cases, you will die.
Pro Ability: If you have Second Chance Pro equipped you can survive a little longer than normal. Teammates can also revive you - even players that don't have Second Chance. You can see a white REVIVE tag above a player that can be revived.
Challenges for Second Chance Pro:
Get 10 kills while in second Chance.
While in Second Chance, kill the enemy who downed you 5 times.
Get 1 headshot kill while in Second Chance.
Hacker | Hacker Pro
Ability: Allows you to see enemy explosives, equipment and Tactical Insertions. This highlights them with a red color like SitRep from Modern Warfare 2.
Pro Ability: This is one of the most interesting additions to the whole Black Ops perks list. Hacker Pro actually allows you to sabotage enemy Care Packages and also turn enemy equipment friendly. This also makes you invisible to Motion Sensors.
Challenges to get Hacker Pro:
Destroy 10 equipment or explosives while using Hacker.

HOW TO GET A GOLDEN CROSSBOW

Assault rifle With Flamethrower attachment with gold camo (or Desired camo)
- And a crossbow as your secondary
I have not tested this with anything other than the crossbow so please post your finds
Once you have finished reading this tutorial you should have one of these
Instructions:
- Equip a class with the assault rifle and crossbow with desired camo
- Must be at least 2 people in the game for this to work
- when the game starts up, select the class with the AR and crossbow
- Hit Y to switch to the crossbow, then press Left on DPAD to switch to flamethrower
- Get the other person to kill you
- Now when you got killed you would have dropped the Crossbow (Golden)
- Switch classes so that you can pick it up, If someone else picked it up kill them and take it

Black Ops: How to get outside any map!

1. First thing first.. ThIs is a HOST ONLY barrier breaker. No one else can do this
2. The host Needs To get an RC-XD car and blows it up nearthe barrier breaker corner
3. Your Friend need to get an rc car also.
4. Then the host will start jumping in the corner you want to barrier break
5. Your Friend needs to call his rc car and drive into you
6. The host will then reapidly run around in a circle motion , Making sure you are still hitting the corner.
7. As you hit the corner while running around jump .
8. HOST Keep repeating the action
:YOUR FRIENDS PART:
9. Your friend needs to keep driving back and forward while hitting you as you are hitting the corner.
As you friend hits the corner and the rc car hit the corner at the exact same time you willl get hit through the barrier. this is why the host runs round in a circle and the rc car backs up and forward

2. Call in your Valkyrie Rocket and then shoot one into the sky.
3. As soon as you call it in get killed and change class.

5. Your Valkyrie Rocket will then blow up and your out of you RC-XD.
6. You will only be able to knife but you are invincible

Find a segment you would like to capture, and select the RECORD option.
Once you have reached the end of your segment, select RECORD again to stop.
NOTE: Segments can be no longer than 30 seconds.
Select NAME SEGMENT > UPLOAD CLIP, then create the TITLE, DESCRIPTION, and TAG for the video clip
Select a slot in MY FILE SHARE to save the video clip.
Go to MY FILE SHARE and select the video clip.
Choose the SELECT FOR PLAYBACK option. That video clip will now be available to render.

This is a tutorial on how to use the new fast file (.FF) decrypter.
This program was built by CP Monkey and all credit should go to him. Fast crypt Tool is the new way to decrypt and encrypt Black ops .FF files. It is also the first way to Encrypt them so that we can modify Black ops just like we did in Modern Warfare 2 in other words, History repeats itself.
Required Tools:
TU3 Patch_mp.ff
Fast Crypt Tool
Notepad++ (Recommended)
Step-One
First open the Fast crypt tool program. Click File then click import and search for your TU3, Patch_mp. Now open the patch and it will ask you to name a new zone file, name it "Patch_mp". It'll ask you, do you want to open it now, Click no. Close the program.
Step-Two
In the Config folder that comes with the Fast Crypt tool there should be a file called "Patch_mp.ini", double click it. Clear all text in the file and replace the text with this.

Step-Three
Open Fast crypt Tool again. Click file and then open and open your Patch_mp.zone file that you've created before.
Click on maps/mp/gametypes/_mission.gsc and then click edit and then click Extract and put it on your Desktop don't rename it to anything else.

Open Notepad++ and open the file "maps/mp/gamestype/_mission.gsc" and do whatever you have to do and save the file.
Step-Five
In Fast Crypt tool click edit and click inject and then open your "maps/mp/gamestype/_mission.gsc" file. Then in Fast crypt tool. Click file export and name the file as Patch_mp.ff.
