You have to have a USB and a Hard Drive
1.Delete Title update off of your USB and HDD
2.Sign into XBL.
3.Start up blackops Do not Download update,Go to multiplayer
4.Click Local Split Screen
5.Connect to XBL
6.Switch save Device to USB
7.As soon as you take out your USB click download.

Now i just have to wait for bestbuy to finally send me my usb, and then GPD MODDING!!!! (If this works)
